As CaddeYıldız Furniture, we ship our products to the entire Istanbul region and nearby cities free of charge with our own service vehicles such as Bursa, Izmit, Tekirdag, and we install our products free of charge by the installation teams on the same day.
With the difference of CaddeYıldız Furniture, all of our products are insured and delivered to all provinces and nearby districts of Turkey free of charge. We ship our products free of charge and insured with professional transport companies that distribute furniture throughout Turkey. Our customer representatives give you information by calling you 1 day before the product delivery.

Delivery with in Istanbul

For your purchases from CaddeYıldız Furniture, we deliver our deliveries within Istanbul with in an average of 5 - 25 days, depending on the stock status of the product.
We also perform the installation of the products free of charge at the same time as the delivery.

Delivery to Other Regions of Turkey

We provide free shipping service to all city centers and nearby districts of Turkey for your shopping. We deliver our deliveries outside of Istanbul within an average of 7 to 30 days. In the orders included in the free installation service, your products are transported to your apartment by our shipping team and the assembly is carried out free of charge.
We deliver our products with expert transport companies that distribute furniture throughout Turkey. All of our products are insured against problems that may occur during shipment. Our shipping teams give you information by calling you 1 day before the product is delivered to you. In our eastern and southeastern regions, there may be delays due to the filling times of the vehicles, although it is rare.

Delivery Terms

The delivery of our products can be made to the person who makes the payment, as well as to the third parties to be specified by the person placing the order. It is sufficient to inform us of this situation.

CaddeYıldız Furniture has an trust system so that our customers can receive the products they like at a later date. We keep the products you ordered in our escrow warehouse for 3 months upon your request. You can receive your products on the date you want, by informing us 25 days before.
